Migration of the previous GAD-Banks from bank21 to agree21 for a financial service provider

Project Scope:

  • With the fusion of Fiducia IT AG and GAD eG to become Fiducia & GAD IT AG both of the core banking systems “agree” and “bank21” which are used in the german credit unions, will be merged into “agree21”.
  • Currently the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken that are using “bank21” to date are gradually reorganized onto the new agree21. Till the end of 2019 all institutions will be working on the common platform.
  • Conovus accompanies this migration process with user trainings in the credit business, supporting with functional problems as well as the direct Cut-Over support of the migrated banks.

Project Results:

  • The new banking platform combines the advantages of agree” and “bank21”. The new banking procedure, which is based on “agree”, has the functional and technical assets of “bank21” integrated. Thus making “agree21” somethine new but at the same time familiar for the total of 1,100 banks – and most importantly – more efficient.
  • Development capacities that were necessary for maintenance and improvement of two systems can now be combined and focused on one.

  • “agree21” is an innovative, complete and cost-efficient core banking system
  • Due to its mudlar structure it offers full flexibility: each bank can chose specific modules catered to their individual needs.
