The client’s aim for this strategic project was to secure the future of the private clients business in the digital era. The Vision is the further development of the privat clients sector into a real multichannel-bank – individual in complex consulting, digital in services. The customer should be provided with a comprehensive offer with the focus on investment and asset formation, especially securities.
The strategic project consists of three main parts:
The first part of the project developed the investment-App “AssetGo” which covers the basic functionalities of the already existing brokerage-system as well as access to LBBW-Research, both for iOS and Android. The App is available for customers as well as non-customers (limited). A further beacon will be the Robo-Advisor in 2017 with a newly structured securities-investment business.
The second part of the project engaged on topics like the enhancement of the Personal Finance Manager (PFM) or a Social Hub. The latter is a community that, besides FAQs, allows clients and non-clients to exchange information regarding banking products or general banking topics. The next stage of expansion in 2017 is the Finance Hub which functions as a information-exchange platform for trade products.
