Project Scope:
- Execution of bank wide MiFID II pre-analysis based on all internal and external factors and interfaces
- Analysis of regulatory effects on specific bank departments, business fields, general banking areas and interfaces
- Derivation of specific consternation as basis for strategic decision-making
- Execution of management and banking department interviews as well as workshops for aggregation and clarity of information
Project Results:
- Analysis and evaluation of specific regulatory MiFID II requirements
- Evaluation of effects on systems, processes, interfaces, service provider and completion providers
- Aggregation of information for high level decision-making
- Deviation of MiFID II requirements across all banking areas
- Estimation of efforts, costs and required adjustments for processes and IT-systems
