Project Scope:

  • The objective of the project was to sell the investment arm of a bank to meet the strategic goals of the management. The Bank’s investment division is active in the manufacture and sale of financial products to private and business clients as well as institutional clients. Furthermore, market making services are provided for exchange-traded products and asset management activities.

Project Results:

  • Assist in the definition and development of a lean and efficient target IT and process architecture of the buyer.
  • Definition of migration paths and processes for the transition of the portfolio.
  • Migration of IT applications and simultaneous integration into an efficient IT infrastructure of the buyer.
  • Transfer of issuer obligations of the bank to the buyer.
