Project coordination and support in executing a securitisation transaction for a domestic bank

Project Scope:

  • Assignment to execute and support securitisation transactions and other structured finance transactions like RMBS, CMBS or German Pfandbrief
  • Analysis of possible transaction structures

Project Results:

  • Analysis of the data concluding the asset´s securitisation capability
  • Preparation of data quality and quantity in consideration of the rating agency´s criteria
  • Assistance to determine suitable criteria which are necessary to implement a securitisation transaction
